LTAL-2023: Language Teaching and Learning Conference

 

The Language Teaching and Learning Conference (LTAL) is an annual event that brings together researchers, practitioners, and students from around the world to discuss the latest trends and developments in language teaching and learning. The conference provides a platform for the exchange of ideas, the presentation of research findings, and the discussion of best practices in language teaching and learning.

We are pleased to announce that the LTAL-2023 conference will be held on April 23rd, 2023 at Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The theme for this year's conference is "Innovative Approaches to Language Teaching and Learning."

We invite submissions of papers that explore innovative approaches to language teaching and learning, including, but not limited to, the following topics:

The use of technology in language teaching and learning

·         Task-based language teaching

·         Language assessment and evaluation

·         Content and language integrated learning (CLIL)

·         Teacher training and professional development

·         Multilingualism and language policy

·         Intercultural communication and competence

·         Corpus linguistics and language learning

·         Learner autonomy and motivation

·         Sociolinguistics and language learning

·         IT in Language Education

Submissions can be in the form of full papers, short papers, or posters. Full papers should be no more than 7,000 words in length, while short papers and posters should be no more than 4 pages. All submissions will be subject to a blind peer-review process.

Submission deadline:  March 30, 2023

Notification of acceptance: April 10, 2023

Camera-ready version deadline: April 20, 2023

We invite you to publish your conference proceedings in our AIJR Proceedings series. Our open-access publication will be freely available for readers and include an ISBN, ISSN, and DOI (See our last publications: https://books.aijr.org/index.php/press/catalog/book/132).
